In this episode of SienaCast, Year 12 Italian students, Isabella P and Patrice V, recount their journey as finalists in the Dante Alighieri Poetry Recitation Competition, where they eloquently recited Italian poems before a panel of judges. Congratulations to Isabella, who achieved third place among one and a half thousand participants from across Victoria. They also discuss their motivations for studying Italian and participating in the competition, as well as the immersive and practical approach to the Italian curriculum at Siena College.
